Halil Berkol Ercenk

Attn. Halil Berkol Ercenk graduated from law school in 2005 and then completed International Private Law Certificate Program at the Hague International Law Academy. He studied for master’s degree at Saarland University, Germany in 2008 and 2009. He took a master’s degree on the European Union, Competition Law and International Trade Law at the European Institute. His master’s thesis is on European Systematic Risk Board. He also completed Economy Law Master Program at İstanbul Bilgi University in 2011. His master’s thesis in this program is on Resolution of Disputes through FIDIC Arbitration. 

Attn. H. Berkol Ercenk has been representing national or international companies on their legal disputes as their attorney in front of judicial and administrative authorities and giving his clients consultancy services in the fields of Commercial Law, Contract Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods, International Law and International Share Transfers and Corporate Law. He also gives mediation services. 

 Attn. H. Berkol Ercenk is the member of Istanbul Bar Association, International Association of Lawyers (UIA) and London International Arbitration Court Young Arbitration Group. Apart from this, he is the sworn translator registered to Ankara 30^th and Ankara 54^th Public Notaries. He has a proficiency in English at an advanced level.
