Atakan Gider

Attn. Ahmet Atakan GİDER has been in the founding partner position of Gider Law Office since 2019. Before 2019, he had worked at many law offices and conducted projects especially on international trade law, labor law, distributorship law, real estate law, citizenship law, debt enforcement and bankruptcy law and personal data protection law. Presently, he continues to conduct his projects in these fields within Gider Legal Office. 

Apart from his position in Gider Law Tffice, he gives consultancy and expertise services to different legal offices. Mr. Gider has rendered major legal services to companies in different sectors so far. He continues to conduct private meetings and seminars for many companies in the fields of personal data protection, corporate compliance policies, law of foreigners and labor law. Along with this, he is the consultant of Marmara University Moot Court. He has proficiency in English at an advance level.
